The site is operated by ITGenerations Inc., an Ontario, Canada corporation that carries on business under the Praxisi brand ("Praxisi," "we," "us"). "You" means anyone who accesses the site. Any agreement formed under these terms is with ITGenerations Inc.

praxisi.com is an informational site about Praxisi and its work across venture building, AI and technology, digital media, and investments. Content on the site is provided for general information only.

Acceptable use
You may view, download, and print pages from the site for your own reference. You may not:

The site and its content — including text, layout, graphics, the Praxisi name and mark, and the underlying code — belong to ITGenerations Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. Nothing here transfers ownership or grants a licence to use our brand. Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners.
Submissions
If you send us an idea, proposal, or other material through the contact form or by email, you confirm you have the right to send it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please note that unsolicited material is not treated as confidential unless we have a written agreement saying otherwise, and we may already be working on something similar. We are under no obligation to review, use, or return what you send.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
Accuracy

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to CAD $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

Governing law

General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Praxisi regarding the site.
