Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Praxisi collects through praxisi.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Praxisi is a brand of ITGenerations Inc. ("ITGenerations," "Praxisi," "we," "us"), a corporation based in Ontario, Canada. ITGenerations Inc. is the organisation responsible for the personal information handled through this website. You can reach us at inquiry.website@praxisi.com or by mail at ITGenerations Inc., 7221 Lulworth Court, Mississauga, Ontario L5N 7X2, Canada.
This policy applies to praxisi.com. Our other properties and any products we operate may have their own policies; where they do, those policies govern.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional company name, and message you provide. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the time and duration of your visit.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and comparable technologies (including tracking pixels) to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not behave as intended if you do.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and continue a conversation you started.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the site, including detecting spam and abuse.
- To understand which pages and sources bring people to the site, so we can improve it.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact form submissions to add you to a mailing list without your agreement.
Consent
By submitting the contact form you consent to our using the information you provide to respond to you. For analytics and non-essential cookies, we rely on your consent where the law requires it; you can withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
Service providers
We use third parties to run the site and communicate with you. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function:
- Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security.
- Google Analytics — usage measurement. Google's own practices are described in its privacy policy, and you can opt out using Google's browser add-on.
- Google Fonts — typeface delivery, which involves a request to Google's servers.
Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held in another country may be accessible to that country's courts and authorities under its laws.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain a reasonable business record, and then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our analytics account.
How we protect it
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and restricted access to submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to legal limits, you may ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete, delete information we no longer need, or withdraw your consent. Write to inquiry.website@praxisi.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a site we do not operate, that site's own privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for their content or handling of your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the date below will change. Material changes will be signalled clearly on this page.
